Buying at Smile With Style When you decide to buy something on our site, simply click on 'Add to Bag'. While you continue shopping you can click on 'Your Basket' icon at any time to view the contents of your shopping basket. If you have specific request or require further information on any of our products, you can click 'enquire about this' on any product page. We'll then try to respond with 24 hours.
Prices and Delivery
The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our Site, except in the case of obvious errors. These prices include VAT. Delivery costs are not included but will be calculated when you checkout. You can find out more here
How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been placed through our website. It will detail your order quantity, item(s) description, the total cost of your purchase as well as your customer number. You will also receive a second e-mail confirming that your order has been despatched.
Reviewing/Modifying your order
If you need to make an ammendment to your order with us, please email or call us and we shall make the necessary changes. E-mail info@smilewithstyle.co.uk (note: You must include your name, postal address and order number).
Checking your Order Status
Should you have an order status enquiry please check online by clicking here. Simply enter the email address you gave when you placed your order and the order id we emailed you and you will see the current status of your order. We have several order status:
Unauthorised - there has been a problem with your credit/debit card payment
Authorised - payment received, thanks! Now awaiting despatch
In Packing - your order is in the process of being picked and packed by our warehouse staff
Shipped - your order has been shipped and you should have received an email confirmation letting you know the parcel tracking ID
Returns and Refunds We understand our obligations as a merchant in the UK. provided you keep goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 14 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact smilewithstyle within 30 days and you will be entitled to replacement or a full refund.
After this period of time (30 days) any complaint must be directed to the relevant manufacturer.
Smilewithstyle reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.
We reserve the right to deduct 5% off of the total purchase price to cover our credit card costs incurred when you placed your order. If we have stock your credit card is charged and we incur this cost irrespective of whether the goods are shipped or not.
